We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the refund process and any applicable fees.

Program Cancellation by AcmeEntrepreneur

If the program itself gets canceled for any reason or your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Student/Parent Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply:

  • If canceled before the first day of class:
    • The $100 deposit is non-refundable
    • Any additional amount paid will be refunded in full
  • If canceled after the first day of class:
    • No refunds will be issued
    • You may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future program (subject to availability)
Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your cancellation request through our cancellation form
  2. Include your full name, email address, and program details
  3. Specify the reason for cancellation
  4. Provide your payment information for the refund

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
